Adding additional info to Correlated and Related items slide boxes

Hello,

We would like to add a description to the related items which are shown by default on our netsuite page PDP page.

I added the description to the fieldset thinking that would work, but nothing changed. Do we need to change the template files as well? if so, is there a step-by-step guide on how to do that as we are running Suite Commerce and have no access to actually edit the Netsuite Temples? (I assume it would be done through extensions)
