Contact Creation and Address Details
If I create a new contact from a Customer Record:
The New Contact record defaults to the Billing Address of the Customer:
And shows on the Contact record when created:
However, if I create a Contact from the + icon on a Contact select field on a Transaction:
I still get the Billing address shown as the address in the New Contact popup screen:
But when that Contact is created, the Address is mostly blank:
If I edit the Contact and then that Address, only the Country and Addressee fields are completed:
Please can you test to see if this behaviour is replicable on your systems?
