SCIS and Bin work around?

Working on an SCIS implementation and hit a considerable issue. Looking for any creative ways to work around the SCIS limitation of Bin Management and Advanced Bin Management/Numbered inventory not being supported.

Both are enabled in the account. Utilizing Bins is a necessary Business requirement.
