Integration

We use UPS and Endicia Professional for shipping. I setup the UPS and Endicia accounts in NetSuite. I have enabled the integration in NetSuite.

When I scan the SO-Sales order barcode at the bottom of the sales order and/or picking ticket, the only field that is populated is the first field with the sale order number (example SO9762)

How can I populate the address into UPS and Endicia with the data from Netsuite Sales Order's when I scan the SO barcode at the bottom of the sales order?
