Lost Access to NetSuite Account Center Suddenly

I tried two of our Administrator login account that we used to be able to access NetSuite Account Center. However today, all the sudden, one of the Admin account, when I click "NetSuite Account Center", it did not go anywhere but went back to the home page. The other Admin login, saying not enough permission to access Account Center.

My account went through some maintenance recently, but I do not remember which day the maintenance happened. We do experience some change/issues today, including not able to access Account Center.
