Creating a Custom Addressbook

HI,

My client is using SuiteTalk to push data to their custom records and would like to push a patron's address to that record. Currently, I have a custom field of type an AddressBook in Custom Record A. I am looking to create a custom address book that will be tied to Custom Record A. Is it possible to create a custom address book? If so, how do I go about creating it (i.e. UI, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, etc)
