I see today's status.netsuite.com indicates


The incident in our database resulting in problems submitting Support cases through SuiteAnswers, as well as downloading or submitting some forms through the NetSuite Account Center, has been resolved. A root cause analysis will be published through the normal process. We appreciate your patience. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact NetSuite Customer Support through your standard method.

but I am still unable to access SuiteAnswers. Is anyone else still having an issue?
