Saved Search "filter by user" when used as a reminder
Happy Friday all of you Suite People. I have a question that is a "is it possible" and if so, how.
We have a Saved Search that, when ran from the global search bar or hyperlink, I want to return ALL lines for ALL users.
Separately, we want the same SS to be used in the Reminders Portlet, but, at least in the count of items view, to only show a user the count of items that apply to them.
As of right now, I am building these out as two separate Saved Searches, but that is not ideal from a down the road maintenance perspective. Is there anyway to have a line in the Reminders Portlet to ONLY show "My" items, but when the Saved Search is actually ran, to show ALL results?
