Future Price Update thru Import

I am looking for a way to import 500 future price updates through an import. These price updates will need to run at midnight Oct. 15. A category price update will not work because all price updates are specific and do not follow a general % increase. Could I do 2 imports, one for the Price Updates and one for the Price Update Details?
