NetSuite Reminder says there is One (1) Purchase Order to Approve but List is Empty?

NetSuite Reminder says there is "One Purchase Request to Approve" but when the Approver opens the list by clicking the link the list appears to be empty. The Approver had been approving PO's already for a year and only noticed this "stuck" Reminder today.

Any ideas? Thanks!
