CMMC Certification

We know that Oracle OCI Gov Cloud is CMMC certified, while netsuite.com domain or simple oci domain is not. Can any one tell how to request a netsuite financial account to be ported to oci gov cloud, so that our implementation can remain compliant with DCAA, and we should not be thinking of switching to a different platform to be compliant?
