AE:Is it possible to use PDF Templates to then Save As TXT file?

What the title says. We have a specific instance where we used a PDF Template but the intended output is actually a TXT file.

Everything is good we just have to "Print to TXT" or "Save As TXT" from the Print PDF window (printfile.nl).

Is this possible?
