Is it possible to make Item Receipt Rate column not editable?

We don't want users to overwrite Item Rate column in Item Receipt. It should come from Purchase Order. But we have to show Rate column for Soap WebService to get the value.

Is it possible to make Item Receipt Rate column to display but not editable?
