Not enough permissions to use Portal

Hello Team,

A NetSuite customer needs to be the New Main Administrator - replacing the previous Admin and he needs all rights and accessibility to their support and training, etc with their account. How to update it?

He also added they're having issues with the Nonprofit Financial Center. The statements in this area do not appear to be accurate. Please advise.
