Bulk Saved Search Inactive/Delete

Hello,

I want to be able to either delete or inactive Saved Searches in a bulk/automatic way. Is this possible through a workflow or any other means?

More specifically, I want something that will run periodically, or manually, that checks the last time a Saved Search had been ran. Based on a criteria I set for it, I want the process to automatically delete or inactivate the Saved Searches that meet that criteria.
