Variable VAT - UK
Hi,
I am looking for help on the VAT calculations in NetSuite (UK).
We sell mostly children's clothing which are zero rated along with about 20% of other products which are standard rated.
As a result, we pro-rata VAT on shipping to match the items in the customers basket, making sure that the gross is always the same (£3.50 in this case).
This works absolutely fine on our website, but is rejected in NetSuite causing differences between the customers order on our DTC webstore and our ERP system.
This also causing differences on order level discounts.
We also suffer with rounding differences between NetSuite and Magento which I find frustrating.
