Receipt record are not reflected in the Inventory Activity Detail Report.

Item receipts in a receipt record are not reflected in the Inventory Activity Detail Report.

The receipt is a result of a Refund Return Authorization. We have completed the receipt of the item and the refund on NetSuite UI.

At this point, I completely have no idea what is causing the above issue.

What are the possible causes of this issue?
