Employee Record: Change the Name at Top of Form

Currently our system is pulling the Employee ID into the form name, is there a way to get it to display the Employee Name instead of the Autonumbering field? Could Text formatting be applied to the field to arrange the name? If not getting the employee name as is would be a wonderful improvement.
