Auto calculation of GROSS AMT on the item line of Vendor Bill Credit

At Vendor Bill Credits, I just found that even after QUANTITY on the item line was edited, GROSS AMT was NOT recalculated according to the new QUANTITY.

Is it a specification? Is there no auto-calculation function on the GROSS AMT?

I would like to make sure of the specification this time.
