Webstorm hanging on import files window

I recently installed Webstorm 2021.2.3 and the NetSuite plugin. When I go to download files from the file cabinet, on the window where I select the files to download, I am unable to select the files and am forced to shut down Webstorm with the task manager. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
