AE:Error message when trying to submit PO

Hi Guru - there seems to be an issue submitting PO's. This is across our entire org, surfaced 12 hours ago and may be a NS issue across all customers. See attached screenshot. I have also submitted a ticket 4525554 PO error message 6822156 ForgeRock, Inc. Please advise.
