AE:ARM: Exclude non billable time from Percent Complete revenue Rules

When using percent complete revenue rules (ARM), is there a way to exclude non-billable time from the revenue calculation?

We noticed non-billable time is counted towards the percent work complete calculation by default, so the revenue calculated by the percent complete revenue rule is not correct.

Any ideas or workarounds that may help with this?
