Copying Admin Roles

We need to create a separate subsidiary which is fully legally distinct. To alleviate our concerns about the subsidiary structure and the potential for "accidents" to happen (ie setup of items / accounts / customers / etc.. under the wrong subsidiary and end up with a world of mess) it looks like a good strategy might be to have the standard Admin Role, but then also sub-Admin Roles that are exact copies, but with the subsidiary restriction. Then each entity could be managed/constructed/maintained while not risking an import or a missed sub setting to end up with data in the
