Request permissions as "Product Manager" on NetSuite Account

Hi Team,

I am trying to gain access as a product manager in roles on my NetSuite account, I tried to use the the NetSuite Account Center for help but I don't have permissions to access that either. This is important for my day-to-day work to access PM tasks in nscorp. Thanks in advance!
