Custom sublist on the item record

I created a custom sublist on the item record for a custom Sales Rep role.

The saved search that is linked to the sublist is a transaction saved search with :

Type = Purchase Order

 The problem that I have is to see the info in the custom sublist the role needs permission to view PO's but they need to view only the data in the saved search and not all the information that's on the PO.

 I created a custom Purchase Order form and removed all the fields that are possible but there are still fields that can not be hidden.
