HELP! MRP supply plan definition is scheduling work orders based on transdate instead of ship date

I have a supply plan definition for one location. It is sourcing demand from sales orders. I have a default BOM revision and a default routing with a rate. My planning workbench is scheduling all of my work orders based on trandate instead of ship date. It is also scheduling the start date and end date on the same day, rather than using production time based on quantity and routing run rate.


In a previous sandbox revision I had all of this working. Now, it is failing. I am stuck and need help ASAP! Thanks!
