Frequency backordered
Hi all
Is there a way of generating a saved search which denotes the frequency with which a product becomes backordered?
Essentially I want to identify items where the reorder level is set too low. If item X finds itself backordered 3 or 4 times a month then the chances are we want to hold stock of this item.
Any input greatly appreciated.
I am thinking some sort of transaction date search by item that performs a count is the way to go, but I'm not sure how to get the ball rolling.
Thank you
Oliver
