Best way to consider MOQ quantities from Demand Planning Order items for matrix items

Have a number of matrix items with sizes and colors that have an MOQ with vendor. When generating demand plans need to sum by matrix and determine how to adjust to meet the MOQ. Order Items does not have a field for MOQ to consider and either need to generate the PO for review or some other way to do it.

Trying to find out the best method currently used.
