make specific sublist values inline

Dear,

Is it possible to make specific values of a sublist inline via suitescript?

More specifically, a bill has a sublist item. On this item sublist, I would like to loop over every row. In case some conditions are met, I would like the set the specific column value to inline.

If yes, via which commando's?
