Customize Transaction Search Results - Demand Plan Wave Criteria Template

I am trying to customize a wave criteria template (which looks the same as a saved search) to make it much easier to sort by filters we commonly use for the rest of our demand plan process. I tried two different ways, I have examples for both. I seem really close, but not close enough.
I am trying to get this transfer to populate for a wave (which works on the default one).

Using simple results fields.
This did produce results, but for every inventory location. It was also missing the expected receipt date (which is on the item line level, but that is not an option in the Item fields).
