Considerations when updating a live theme on a website?
My company was using an unmanaged version of the Manor theme from 2020 and we need to update it to the managed 2021 version of Manor for SuiteCommerce. I updated it in my sandbox environment successfully but I may have missed a few potential places to look for errors.
Does anyone have any insights on considerations to ensure the update goes smoothly? Did anyone have any issues updating their themes? This will be done on a live website. Here are some questions I have:
- How does NetSuite update the Theme, will there be downtime?
- Where should I go within NetSuite to find error messages?
