Resource Allocation-Generic Resources by Location

Currently there is a Location field that can be used for Employee resources when using filters in the Allocation Chart. We have created a new Generic Resource called Hardware. How do I use the same Location field on that new Generic Resource?

We have several offices globally and would like to quickly look at people and hardware in a specific location


I have included an image of the field I would like to duplicate on the Generic Resources form.
