Search filtering

I have a transaction based search, looking specifically at quotes. I have the Main Line-True criteria set to simplify the viewing.

I would like to highlight a row based on any quotes that create a specific item. This is just a simple visual cue for my end user team.

I can't seem to find the condition to apply the filter.

Any help is appreciated.
