Customize Email Confirmation Message/Page

Hi,

I am using an embedded form on my client's website. I would like to customize the confirmation message to match the style of the site. I was thinking I would either:

  1. Edit the existing message template's HTML and CSS
  2. Create my own page and have it display instead of Netsuite's default message.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to accomplish either of these. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
