Billing Operation Schedules - Not Generating Invoices

Hello Team:

I have a situation in which the schedule is there and shows that it generated invoices and is scheduled per usual to generate invoices, yet it does not actually generate invoices.

The schedule is active. It used to work but stopped a few months ago.

Is there a know problem related to this? I can't find any answers in Suite Answers.
