Item master HTML fields change of behaviour - R2022.1?
2 new changes appear to have been introduced by the R2022.1 upgrade. I cannot find any information in the release notes.
- The only way users can edit descriptions on HTML fields, is by making the product ‘live’ (setting field display in web store=Yes), making all updates in the live production environment, then quickly unpublishing the product so it’s not visible on store. This is not ideal.
- When adding certain complex objects to these HTML fields (such as tables), these can appear on the website in a different format to what was entered in the field. It appears NetSuite introduced more validations on HTML in this release.
