FX Rates - Difference Between Actual Translated Amount Rate & Conversion Table Rate

Hello Team:

I have a scenario where an AR invoice is entered in CAD. When it is translated in the income statement to USD, the rate comes out to be different, than the USD to CAD rate from the currency exchange rate table on that particular day when the invoice was entered.

Any thoughts as to why this could happen?
