AUTO POPULATE EMPLOYEE FIELD IN PURCHASE ORDER FROM A REQUISITION

Hi,

I want to know how the system auto populate the employee field in a purchase order that come from a requisition. i want to know that because im having a problem with an specific employee. When that person makes a purchase order from a requisition, the employee field is empty, but with other people does not happen that.
