Foreign Currency Revaluation - Not Being Performed

Hello Gurus!

I have an issue where NS does not perform foreign currency reval. The AP account is set to be revalued for any foreign currency transaction. And there is one foreign currency transaction. However, the unrealized gain and loss report is empty. Seemingly, there is nothing else that should prevent revaluation.

Any pointers?
