It possible to sum all types of discounts as a discount subtotal to print on an advanced PDF?

We have had a request from a couple of our international customers as they are getting grief from customs on import.

Is it possible to have the subtotal reflect the total value of product only? And then is it possible to have a discount subtotal which combines line level discounts as well as discount items?
