Customer Merge Operation
We have a role to which we have granted Full access to Customer. The role is further setup with "Employee Restrictions" set to None
The customer form has the Action "Merge" with Show checkbox set and Display As set to Menu.
When this role accesses the customer, the Action drop-down does not present the "Merge" operation.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
