Can't change a subsidiary's name : "Printed Purchase Orders folder is missing or invalid."

When we tried to change the name of a subsidiary, after pressing "Save", we got the error : "Printed Purchase Orders folder is missing or invalid."

This error occurs at a certain subsidiary's save.

We didn't get the error when we saved other subsidiaries.

What is this error? How can I delete this odd error?
