Remove Sales Rep and Increase Contribution of other sales Rep on Customer record
Hello NS Gurus,
I am trying to perform an action of removing a sales rep on customer record.
Currently on some customers we have 2 sales rep assigned with contribution factor of 75/25, 50/50 with one sales rep as primary.
We want to remove the non primary one and make the contribution as 100 for other sales rep.
For example: Customer 1,
sales Rep 1, Primary: yes, Role: Sales Rep, Contribution 75
sales Rep 2, Primary: No, Role: Sales Manager, Contribution 25.
We want to remove sales rep 2 and make sales rep only sales rep on customer and contribution 100.
How can we do it as mass updates as we have around 480 such customers record?
