Error Message on NOAM - Invoice Advanced PDF/HTML Template - fixed

Hello,

I am trying to customize our invoice form by adding "invoice message", "supplier number", and "remit to" fields. I was able to do that and I modified the top of the invoice form (below the Title) to only show our main address (excluding the email address that it was showing) and now I am getting an error message when I try to preview it. I cannot view any invoices to see if the changes I made are working. I searched to see if anyone else had this issue, but couldn't find anything similar either. How
