NetSuite Timekeeping App Question Regarding Projects

We are moving to implementing connecting the job to our employee's timesheets. I noticed in the app that when you select "ADD TIME" it does not give the job selection option, but when you select "REPORT TIME", it does show the job option. To prevent confusion with our employees, is there a way to either add the job option to the ADD TIME view or hide the ADD TIME so that they don't include time without a job?
