What happens to our data after we cancel NetSuite license?

do you know which of the following patterns will occur when a NetSuite license is cancelled (i.e., when we quit using NetSuite) and keep data?

(1) The data used until then will remain in NetSuite, but you will not be able to log in (will you be able to see the data if you re-subscribe?

(2) You will be able to log in (and check your data), but you will not be able to perform any operations.

(2) All data will be erased at the time of contract cancellation.
