Est. Extended Cost always showing zero on imported items
Hi,
Hopefully my only question for this week as I'm going to start getting a reputation!
This company are creating opportunities without items on them. They then import the items at a later date when they are ready to generate a quote.
Most items have cost estimate type Item Defined Cost on the item record. When the items are imported the Est. Extended Cost stays as 0. I have tried mapping the Est. Extended Cost as well as not mapping the Est. Extended Cost (as it should calculate off the Quantity and Cost Price) but no luck.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
