Tax Audit File Currency

We have a OneWorld instance of NetSuite. Our Global Base Currency is USD. We also have a Subsidiary in the Philippines, with a Subsidiary Currency of PHP.

When we run a Tax Audit File extract the amounts are in USD, and not in the local currency of PHP.

Is this by design, or can we run a Tax Audit File using the currency of the local Subsidiary?
