Customise External transaction form (customer access) change subtab view

Hello,

i am trying to find a way to chnage how Transaction form display subtabs, usually you can click the chnage option ant it would change the creen on the normal transaction form, but on the external sales order form i cannot click that switched (greyed out) - image below.

is there a way to customise this view for Customer access form?
