Transaction custom views return no results for a specific user
We have a specific user who can't see any results when she uses custom views to open Sales Order list, Invoices list, Credit Memo list, .etc. Other users with the same role can see correct results with custom views.
When the user's employee record is updated with another email address or first name, last name, the same issue is still here. When the account is used in other computer, the issue also happens.
When a new employee record is created for this user, she can see results via custom views. But after a couple of days, the same issue happen again. The same issue happens when this account is used in any computer.
